1. Operator and brand

This website is operated under the Ivory Pulse business initiative. Ivory Labs is the enterprise AI division and brand used for business automation, AI agents, AI receptionist systems, workflow automation and related software services. References to “Ivory Labs”, “Ivory Pulse”, “we”, “us” or “our” refer to the operator responsible for this website and the services presented on it.

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website, submitting a demo request, contacting us or using any part of the website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the website.

3. Website purpose

The website presents Ivory Labs services, including AI agents, AI receptionist systems, AI sales agents, AI support agents, AI booking agents, document processing workflows, integrations, dashboards and custom software automation systems for companies.

4. No automatic client relationship

Submitting a form, sending an email, calling us or contacting us by WhatsApp does not automatically create a client relationship, service agreement, partnership or obligation for us to deliver services. Any commercial relationship must be confirmed through a separate written agreement, proposal or contract.

5. Services and proposals

Any services, timelines, deliverables, setup fees, monthly retainers, integrations, support levels or third-party costs are provided only as estimates until confirmed in a written proposal or contract. We may accept or reject a project at our discretion.

6. No guaranteed results

Any references to recovered revenue, saved time, reduced workload, fewer missed calls, fewer repetitive tasks or operational improvements are illustrative. Actual results depend on the client’s business model, traffic volume, internal processes, staff adoption, data quality, integrations, budget, market conditions and other factors. We do not guarantee specific financial, operational or commercial results.

7. AI system limitations

AI systems may generate inaccurate, incomplete or unexpected outputs. Our solutions are designed to support business operations and reduce repetitive work, not to replace human responsibility, professional judgment or final decision-making in sensitive matters. Clients are responsible for deciding which actions require human approval, monitoring or escalation.

8. No professional advice

Unless expressly agreed in writing, Ivory Labs systems do not provide medical, legal, financial, tax, accounting, insurance or other regulated professional advice. In regulated industries, AI agents should be configured for administrative support and escalation to qualified staff.

9. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, reviewing workflows, approving sensitive content, maintaining lawful use of customer data, obtaining required consents, supervising deployed AI agents and ensuring that use of the system complies with internal policies, contracts and applicable laws.

10. Third-party services

Our solutions may rely on third-party providers such as hosting platforms, AI model providers, email services, telephony providers, WhatsApp Business tools, analytics platforms, CRM systems, calendar systems, payment providers or other software vendors. These services may have their own pricing, limitations, availability, data policies and terms. We are not responsible for outages, changes or limitations caused by third-party services outside our control.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website or our services, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt systems, submit malicious code, scrape content, impersonate others, violate intellectual property rights, misuse personal data, send unlawful messages or use our systems for illegal, deceptive, harmful or abusive purposes.

12. Intellectual property

The website, brand names, design, copy, visual identity, software components, workflows, diagrams, documentation and other materials are owned by or licensed to Ivory Pulse / Ivory Labs and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or commercially exploit these materials without written permission.

During discussions or projects, either party may share business, technical or operational information that is confidential. Specific confidentiality obligations may be defined in a separate agreement. Until then, you should not submit highly sensitive information through public website forms.

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. For client projects involving customer data, additional data protection terms, security requirements or data processing agreements may be required before implementation.

15. Availability

We aim to keep the website available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The website may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, hosting issues, security measures or events outside our control.

16. Limitation of liability

These website Terms apply to use of the website. Paid projects, custom development, integrations, deployment, support, maintenance, payment terms, cancellation terms and service levels will be governed by separate written agreements or proposals.
